A resident of Eleuthera for more than 20 years and a top-producing real estate professional, Rhonda brings 21 years of experience working with property throughout the island. Her work has included hundreds of listings and completed transactions involving residential homes, vacant land, acreage, commercial properties, hotels and private islands.
Her experience stretches from North Eleuthera to South Eleuthera and includes Spanish Wells, Harbour Island and the Schooner Keys.

About Angelika
Eleuthera has been part of Angelika Bacchus's life from the beginning. She grew up on the island before continuing her education in Canada and later spending a number of years traveling and experiencing life in different parts of the world.

About Anne
Anne Bethel has called Eleuthera home for more than 40 years.
Originally raised in New York City, Anne studied Fine Arts at Williams College in Massachusetts before making a significant change in direction after graduating in 1985: she moved to Eleuthera.
What followed was not simply a career in real estate, but decades of living, working and building businesses on the island. Her experience has included hospitality, agriculture, retail, architectural drafting, construction-related work and property management—giving her an unusually broad perspective on both property and life in Eleuthera.
That background eventually led Anne into real estate, where her knowledge of the island, its properties and its communities became an important part of the work she does today.

Life in Spanish Wells
Lonnie's life extends well beyond real estate.
Born in Macon, Georgia and raised in Miami, his work and experiences eventually brought him throughout The Bahamas, including Andros, before making his home in Spanish Wells.
He has worked as a chef at Small Hope Bay Lodge in Andros and spent more than a decade working in marine maintenance and mechanics. He has also studied air conditioning, completed electrical coursework through BTVI and is CPR certified.
His interests are just as varied. Lonnie plays guitar and has taught guitar and music theory in Spanish Wells. He is an Advanced Open Water certified scuba diver and has worked as a commercial lobster diver. He also enjoys photography, cooking, fishing, boating and spending time along the beaches and coastline.
His connection to the water, building, food, music and island life gives clients an opportunity to work with someone whose knowledge extends far beyond the boundaries of a real estate transaction.
